We believe quality shouldn't be a luxury. Every cup we serve is a testament to sustainable sourcing and fair pricing.
Most "specialty" cafes have lost touch with the everyday guest. They’ve traded warmth for pretension and quality for exorbitant markups. We decided to do things differently.
By shortening our supply chain and investing in long-term relationships with growers in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Vietnam, we’ve managed to maintain world-class standards while keeping our prices grounded in reality.
"Coffee is the universal language of connection. It should be spoken by everyone, every day."

Every recipe is tested fifty times before it makes the list. We use organic milks, house-made syrups, and ethically roasted beans.
We update our seasonal specials every two weeks. Check back soon for the Autumn Harvest series.
We started with a single question: Why should quality coffee feel like an exclusive club?
In 2021, the founders of cafevalue spent six months living in the coffee-growing regions of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. They saw the discrepancy between the craftsmanship of the farmers and the pricing of the final product in big cities.
They returned with a mission to bridge that gap. We stripped away the expensive branding agencies and the minimalist "museum" aesthetic of high-end cafes. Instead, we focused on three things: the bean, the machine, and the guest.
We roast daily in our Brooklyn-based facility, ensuring no bag sits for more than 48 hours before brewing.
Our baristas are paid 20% above the industry average because we believe great service starts with a respected team.
Today, cafevalue has grown into a community of like-minded individuals who appreciate the finer details but aren't willing to pay for the "ego" of a brand. We are your neighbors, your morning ritual, and your sanctuary.
Our spaces are designed to reflect the architecture of their neighborhood while maintaining the cafevalue warmth.
